Visa Details Required from Visiting Clients

These are the details needed by Kern to send clients' a Visa Invitation Letter. Please send these details to Kern's Project Manager at least two weeks before your visit to India.

1. Gender
2. Full name (as in passport)
3. Role in Organization
4. Full Name of Organization
5. Organization's Postal Address
6. Email ID of Visitor
   
7. Purpose of Visit
8. His / Her Expertise
9. Date of Arrival and Duration of Visit
10. Telephone Number

Kern will issue Visa Invitation Letters within one day of receiving the details of visiting persons.
